Our History
Kevin Behan owns and operates Behan Classic Motorcycles, LLC.
Recently relocated to Tempe, our shop is now a part of Sports and Collector Car Center, specialists in fine automobiles!
Kevin's first riding experiences were on the classic mini-bikes of the 60's. Throughout his career, his
love of the machines kept returning him to the motorcycle business. Kevin began attending many motorcycling
events and activities. Kevin loves to ride, and it soon became obvious that the magic of motorcycling would stay
with him for all time. Kevin decided to expand his interest into a business, and founded Behan Classic Motorcycles.
"No matter how rare or expensive the motorcycle, there is no greater joy than feeling the
magic of that vintage engine breathing beneath you. It would be ashame to deny oneself of that purely emotional attachment
to the machine".

Kevin and Melissa display their beautiful XR1000 at the 2003 Del Mar Concours de Elegance. Behan show
bikes consistently garner top points at these shows, and many from the collection bring record sales prices at auction.
